Members have the inside track by:

• Participating in local and regional seminars and workshops dealing with issues that pertain to the workforce
• Addressing local employment and training issues
• Participating in job and career fairs
• Gaining up-to-date information on the labor market
• Providing input for the Workforce Development System in the Finger Lakes Region
• Providing input on how the NYS Department of Labor One-Stop offices operate
